Instructions
1. Boil chicken and debone; cut into bite-size pieces save chicken stock to cook spaghetti in, if desired.
2. cook spaghetti noodles in water or 4 cups chicken stock.
3. melt butter, saute onion. Add mushrooms, cook till tender.
4. Add flour and blend <---? blend?
5. stir in milk and cook till medium thickness.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste, chicken and grated cheese.
7. stir until cheese melts.
8. Add spaghetti that has been drained.
9. poir into 9x13 pan and top with grated cheese or melted butter with bread crumbs.
10. bake at 350 or 30 mins.
