1. Drain whel kernel corn, put ingredients in mixing bol in order shown, stirring after each addition. 2. spray deep casserole dish with pam spray (just grease it) pour mixture in dish - DON'T STIR. 3. bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 mins - until set.
