Instructions
1. Brown meat slowly, spoon off extra fat if you're into that.
2. Add garlic, basil, salt, canned tomato and tomato paste + 1 cup water. Simmer, covered 15 min, stirring often.
3. cook noodles until almost tender, drain and rinse.
4. beat eggs, add ricotta, parmesan, parsley, salt, pepper. mix thoroughly.
5. In deep 9x13 pan, Layer noodles, sauce & some mozzarella and cheese egg mix alternating. reserve some moz cheese for top.
6. bake at 375 25 mins, add remaining mozzarella cheese to melt last 5 mins.
Let stand 10 mins before serving.
