Hamburger -> Steak, with gravy (soup).
1. Mix beef, egg, crumbs, milk (enough for consistency) well and form patties. 2. Season with salt & pepper, cook them in frying pan until done. 3. Remove from pan and set aside. 4. Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can milk, heat in frying pan until hot. 5. Return hamburgers to pan with soup. Soup it up.
