1. Cook 2 Cup Sugar and 1 Cup Light corn syrup to a brisk boil. 2. Add 1/4 lb butter and boil again. 3. Gradually stir in 1 can sweetened condenesed milk. 4. cook o medium heat to 230 F 5. Pour into greaseed pan, do not scrape. 6. Shape cooked and cool caramels into small paatties, lay on waxed paper. 7. Press 2 pecans on each; dip i melted Chocolate.
